Edville Home is located 5 km from the city of Ghent and close to the river 'de Schelde' where you can enjoy beautiful walking and cycling routes. Several supermarkets, bakeries, and shops are nearby Edville Home.
Edville Home is located 5 km from the city of Ghent. You can reach the city center by public transport. The bus stop 'Melle Tuinbouwschool' is about 100 meters from our address. For more information about public transport, you can visit the website: https://www.delijn.be/nl/. Note: There are no buses or trams running at night. Make sure to stay informed about the latest return options or be prepared to walk or pay for a taxi. Taxis are quite cheap in Ghent, with a starting price of €8.5 for the first 3 km.
We have parking space for 12 cars.
There is a covered bike storage available for all bicycles.
Electric cars can be charged nearby at 'Dats 24' at Brusselsesteenweg 157.
Everything for the bed linen is provided.
You need to bring your own towels, bathrobe, and slippers.
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM.
Early check-in is possible from 9:00 AM.
Check-out must be done by 10:00 AM.
A late check-out is possible until 5:00 PM.
The surcharge for an early check-in or a late check-out is €300.

Edville Home offers delicious, local, and healthy catering upon request.
There are bothindoor and outdoormeeting rooms available at Edville Home. Upon request, aflip chart and projectorcan be provided.
The guest pays30% of the total pricebefore confirming the reservation. The guest pays the remaining70% of the total price2 months before arrival. The payment terms are the same as the cancellation terms. Last-minute reservations (less than 2 months before arrival) must be paid in full immediately upon confirmation. Guests can cancel or change their reservation up to 2 months before arrival. The first payment isnon-refundable.

• Edville Home is not a place for parties or excessive drinking.
• No music outside after 10:00 PM, please respect our neighbors.
• Bachelor parties for boys/men are not allowed.
• Drugs are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is not allowed.
• Bringing your own sound systems is not allowed. Edville Home has a music box available via Bluetooth.
• No glass or confetti allowed in the wellness area. Please use plastic cups for the wellness.
• Fires are only allowed in the iron fire pit. Do not make a fire around this pit.
• Please keep an eye on the children in the garden and around the wellness.
• Bringing fondue pots or electric hot plates is not allowed due to potential fire hazards.
• Treat other people and their property with respect.
• Damage to the room, building, garden, or wellness.
The wellness area is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. No glass cups are allowed in the garden and wellness. Please use the provided plastic cups. Fires are only allowed in the fire pit. Do not make a fire around the pit. Please keep an eye on your children around the wellness. The natural swimming pond and sauna are included in the price. We provide wood to heat the hot water bath. Extra wood can be ordered at €75 per m³. Please bring your own towels, slippers, and bathrobe.
We provide wood to heat the hot tub.
With a stay of 2 days or longer, you will receive 1 m³ of wood for free to heat the tub.
Note: During the cold months, it is impossible to heat the tub to comfortable temperatures.

Edville Home works closely with Hotel Spoonbed. Hotel Spoonbed is a maximum of 5 minutes' walk from Edville Home. Guests who do not stay overnight but use Edville Home pay a day fee of €25 per person.
