Edville Home is located 5 km from the city of Ghent and close to the river ‘de Schelde’ where you can make beautiful walking and cycling trips. Several supermarkets, bakeries and shops are located in the vicinity of Edville Home.
Edville Home is located 5 km from the city of Ghent. You can reach the city center by public transport. The bus stop ‘Melle Tuinbouwschool’ is located around 100m away from our address.

Beware: There are no buses or trams at night. Make sure you stay informed of your last return options or be prepared to walk or pay for a taxi. Taxis are quite cheap in Ghent. They use a starting price of €8,5 for the first 3km.
We have parking space for 12 cars.
A covered bicycle shed is provided for all bicycles.
Electric cars can be recharged nearby at ‘Dats 24’ at Brusselsesteenweg 157.
Everything for bed linen is provided.
Towels, bathrobe and slippers must be provided by yourself.
Check-in is at 16:00.
An early check-in is possible from 9:00.
Check-out is at 10:00.
A late check-out is possible until 17:00.
The early check-in and the late check-out fee is €300,-.
Yes, you can find the password on the chalkboard in the dining room.
There is a BBQ area with outdoor kitchen. Charcoal is not provided.
Edville Home provides delicious, local and healthy catering on request.
External catering is not allowed.
There are meeting rooms both inside and outside Edville Home.
Flip chart and beamer can be provided on request.
The guest pays 30% of the total price before confirming his reservation.
The guest pays the remaining 70% of the total price 2 months before arrival.
The payment terms are the same as the cancellation terms.
Last minute reservations (less than 2 months before arrival) are paid in full after confirmation.
Guests can cancel or reschedule their reservations up to 2 months before arrival.
The first payment is non-refundable.

• Edville Home is not the place for parties or heavy drinking.
• After 10 pm no music outside, please have respect for our neighbors.
• Bachelor Party for boys/men are not allowed.
• Drugs are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is not allowed.
• Bringing your own music systems is not allowed. Edville Home has a music box available via bluetooth.
• No glas or confetti is allowed in the wellness. Please provide plastic cups for the wellness.
• Making fire is only allowed in the iron flask. Do not make fire around this pit.
• Please pay attention to the children in the garden and around the wellness.
• Bringing fondut appliances or electric cooking fires is not allowed due to potential fire hazards.
• Treat other people and their property with respect
• Damage to the room, building, garden or wellness.
The wellness is open from 8:00 until 22:00.
No glass cups are allowed in the garden area and the wellness.
Please use the plastic cups provided. Making fire is only allowed in the fire pit. Do not make fire around the pit.
Please keep an eye on your kids around the wellness. The natural swimming pond and sauna are included in the price.
We provide wood to heat the hot water bath. Extra wood can be ordered at €75,- per m³.
Provide your own towels, slippers and bathrobe.
We provide wood to warm up the hot water bath.
Stays of 2 days or more receive free 1 m³ of wood for heating the pool.
Note: During cold months it is impossible to heat the bath to comfortable temperatures.

Edville Home always guarantees the cheapest price for direct bookings.
